Return of Reckoning

So, I've been gone for a short bit ~1 year or so and I lost all the account information to my old account "Kov" I still have the names of the characters as well as the email address I used (Though the problem being I too lost the password for that as it was a string of numbers and characters which was copied/pasted in).

Is it possible I can reclaim the account if I provide the information or is it back to square one? I had two 40s which I'd like to play with again (And I can still see them in the Armory so I supposed they are not deleted).

Send me an email from the account. If you don't have access to that email, we can't help.

I just got back my email I was using for RoR, I'll try and go recover the password for the account the normal way.
