Return of Reckoning

I am sure you are aware but could not c it here ,
In black crag last night when zoning from region to another our wb was going to 1 FPS. Then after entering would go back to normal after about 10. - 15 seconds
After talking to some destro friends they were having same issue ,
Did not get the same results in other zone but zone pops were allot less ,

Forgot to say within wb we were running all versions of .exe with all having same issue ,
This was since last patch , so either introduced then or enhanced an existing issue .
