Return of Reckoning

I was able to connect for maybe a week & a half until today???!! Not sure why I'd get an error all of a sudden ?? I got the Green light for the Web Server and again a Red light for the login Server. The Error starts out by saying: " Could not connect to login server. System.NetSockets. Socket Exception (0x80004005; A Connection attempt" Then it is not readable because it is cut off . Hopefully someone can help . I did try launching the RoR launcher as a Admin but didn't work. When I logged out or cancelled & attempted again the color for the Login server starts out as yellow then turns to red.

Ok hopefully its that.......... I'll try some time much later!! Here's a pic of the error I'm getting if it helps!!! (added as a attachment)
