Unlearning Reputation skills

When I click "unlearn" at a rep. skill nothing happens and it doesn't spend my money. Somebody knows how to unlearn those reputation skills?

With anywhere trainer addon:
1. talk with NPC (blue mob)
2. click respec
3. enjoy
Without anywhere trainer addon:
1. Go to Monolith
2. Talk with renown trainer
3. click respec
4. enjoy

After you've hit respecialize, close and open the window too.
