Graphical Glitch: NPC on player mount.

Graphical Glitch: NPC on player mount.
This glitch, in itself, causes no real noticeable effects or issues. It seems to be purely graphical in nature as the NPC cannot be interacted with, but can be targeted.
I was leaving the area of the Shrine in T1 Emp RVR and rode my mount through the Order encampment beside the actual Warcamp. Suddenly, i saw the floating icon that marks a merchant hovering over my head. It took some few moments to realize I had another rider on my mount with me. I could target this person, but not interact otherwise. Unfortunately I was disconnected before I was able to experiment further.
