[Witch Elf] Kiss of Doom tactic
Identify the issue: Kiss of doom tactic has no significant value when it comes to healing. -Nobody is using it (it should, since it’s part of path of suffering the most used path by WEs)
Why it’s an issue:
- Most part of the time it heals for nothing since Witch elfs are usually the aggressor in combat and when we get the jump we are on 100% health.
- Heavily rely on procs
- It doesn’t heal from absorb shields.
Solution:
Before, let’s take a look what path of suffering is about: "This path, specializing in poisons and weakening effects, continues to inflict toxic ruin on your foes."
Proposed change:
A. Kiss of Doom: Increases the chances for all of your Kisses to trigger by 10%
B. Kiss of Doom: Increases the chances for all of your Kisses to trigger by 15%
C. Kiss of Doom: Increases the chances for all of your Kisses to trigger by 20%
D. Kiss of Doom: Increases the chances for all of your Kisses to trigger by 25%
