Return of Reckoning

im an engi in full ruin. looking at next upgrade.

full devastator =
-49 ballistic
+23 wep
-87 toughness
-12 wounds

full annihaltor =
-46 ballistic
+55 wep
-81 toughness
-6 wounds

so both are clearly much inferior. what is the upgrade to ruin ? or is it a case of ding 40 farm ruin. then farm RR until 40 and nothing inbetween ?

I'm no engineer expert but most dps classes use a 2/2/2 setup to max main stat. So you should probably be aiming for a ruin/anni mash up to max dps, though i may be off base for engis.
