can anyone help me with this problem
i keep getting an error that says
"Authentication failed -- application will now terminate"
can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Generally authentication failed errors are caused by timed out requests between client and server during authentication. Have you tried using a VPN?

I've heard Cyberghost VPN has been successful for others.
