Is there any chance this can fixed soon? I think i talk for many when i say we are really getting annoyed by 1 special guy, who allways have harass people when it dosent go like he wants it. Well atleast if we could get a chance to ignore them(him).

Keep the ability to /tell the other faction. The /say is funny sometimes but mainly it is annoying.

Yes, but Thrain crosses the line with this sometimes. He insults not the characters, which is ok, but the players.

Insults should be kept to in game banter. Mocking someone's playstyle, dps or something game wise is fine. Thats great for making them want to focus you. Insulting the player for anything behind the monitor is not on. Go play cod if thats what theyre into.

if you read or receive Messages from Players who cross the line again and again make screenshots from this. if you collect some screens send them with a forum pm to me. If there are more complains about the same player from different players the chance is good that will take action against this player.

Just get rid of /say. Several people don't know the difference between good natured ribbing and bullying and it can be a thin line anyway. Additionally, everyone will perceive the banter differently and it just promotes bad blood.
