Whats up with SHs?

How come Sguig herders get 'almost' every ability a SW gets, only they dont have to switch stances to use them?
How is this not seen as imbalanced OP in anyway?
Id love to be able to use ALL my SW abilities without ever having to switch stances, Oh and have a pet!
I want a Hawk as my pet! Give SWs a hawk and eliminate their stance switch requirements! FIXED!

No its not a troll post. They do get nearly the same abilities as SW and a pet.
