Looking for Alliance to join [Destro]

I will make this short and sweet! My guild is currently looking to join an alliance. We are a small group of friends (about 10 all with 40s) that focus on small group orvr and sc. We are a NA guild with people typically on at all times. We are looking to find a group of people that are focused on the same things and active.
