Return of Reckoning

Is there another quest giver in Ellyrion for tracker set? Because the one who was supposed to be is a merchant.
The npc in Marshes of Madness also doesnt give the quest.
So the real question is how do i get the Tracker set?

Being a merchant doesn't have any effect on giving quests. Use the bugtracker.
