cant log with 1 of my characters

i posted this yesterday but no help so im posting this again. each time i try to connect with my BL iafter the loading screen i get a screen with the order character background showing only my BL. even i see the play button when i press it it wont connect me and will not be reusable. i get the same problem even if im online with that character and try to trasven or get in scenarios. somebody help me please...
