I looked because it seemed like I couldn't cast anything for ages but a WL used KD and then pull so I assumed it was just that. Anyone else seen it before? Is it just visual?

Yeah I tried that (using the 'Img' button) but it just shows up as 'Image' in my post

It has to have a .jpg or other image filetype as the ending, e.g. [img]Kel.jpg[/img]

You'll want the image file on imgur, not their page for that image/collection.

Either just an odd, visual nuisance and coincidence, or quite a major bug related to initiative debuffs. Again though, there was also a WL there who used kd/pull so hard to tell.

Any AM with MoM around to test it?

No, just right-click the image and "view image" or whatever your browser gives you to open image elements in a new window/tab.

Interesting, so you think all ini debuffs place a disable? It should definitely be tested.
