Getting this error message

Im getting this error message when trying to login using the RoRlauncher
Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Åtkomst till sökvägen C:\Users\Alex\Downloads\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe nekas.
