Anyone Else experiencing a buggy /assist macro?

Sometimes I have the correct defensive target selected and when I hit the /assist macro the macro doesn't switch the target to the defensive's target's target. It seems to work really well the closer I am to my defensive target, but that could be a feel thang.

This is a issue for me that's been there forever but always forget to mention it on the forums. Anyone got solutions? 90% of the time of the time /assist works correctly.

Install SwiftAssist addon. Problem solved.

Maybe the friendly target you're assisting isn't targeting anything? I often times call out a target to switch focus to but don't yet have it targeted as I'm applying abilities to targets on the way. Personally never have had issues with the simple "/assist playername" macro.

The /assist playername macro sometimes bugs out completely, only noticed it a couple of times in huuuge fights though. In my case it just gives the same target no matter what the WB lead actully targets when it breaks.
