so do not polluted the post of the patch note I do this one.
I have two questions:
1 - is it normal that the "covenant of celerity" is not mitigated by toughness?
2 - Is it normal that this new patch increases the damage?
3 - Is it normal for a pet to take advantage of this process to multiply these damage by 10 ?

...which one of those French words means covenant of celerity? And which pixel?!

Pacte de celerite=covenant of celerity. Image is super hard for me to read though with the red text on that background (I blame colorblindess).

EDIT: ah it looks like CoC is hitting him for 306 and it is only 36 damage mitigated. That's one hard CoC to the face, especially for a tank.

Procs don't use any stat contribution so they can't be mitigated by them either.

Looking into this with Torque, though the only thing we changed is 'weapon damage no longer affects procs' - which may be incorrect.

Checked with Torque, this is working as intended because procs don't get mitigated by stats, and do not get increased by weapon damage.

I did with what I had to save, as it is a screen before the last patch, hoping that this zoom is more readable , sorry




it is just to show the delta of the damage, the opponent is not the same but that there is as much gap seems strange to me

pacte : 150 dmg, mitigation ( 3) ( i was debuff by the childwin probably)

and pack are mitigate by résiste but not by toughness

Did you know, you can set the transparency of your chat window so the background is black? It's readable that way.

Yes background can be changed. But as Hogun said this an old screenshot made before the patch. So he can't travel back in time and take another one to prove his point.
