Return of Reckoning

When a npc comes in three other clones start coming out of their bodies when they move. I also think its allowing the enemies to do three attacks for every single attack they do.

This is mainly in the starting areas. Affects quest givers too. Seems to have spawned extra at some point that have persisted.

the strange thing is it happens to all kind of npcs vendors quest givers and enemys they all have the same spawn id aka no double spawns in the spawn database table no clue whats going wrong there :-S
