New stat to counter MORALES

Morales have been the bane to this project for some time IMO. I believe that WB in coordination dropping Morales is cheese game-play and im not alone on this. Morale bombing has and will continue to give PUGS and other leechers the benefit of being around the coordinated WB that is using them to melt another WB in seconds to kill steal low health targets, reap the benefit of a zone cap they did not contribute much to etc. While all this is not always the case, in many cases it is the deciding factor.
Not knowing the complete limitation of the games and its developer deciphering code. I would like to introduce a new stat that only affects WB so as not to hinder solo or 6 man game-play.
The stat is Confidence
This stat will affect morale damage in one of two ways,
1) DPS/Tanks will lower damage of Morales based on how much damage they output/mitigate before the morale dump but never to exceed 50% reduction so as to not neuter Morales completely.
2)Healers will heal more when members in their party are hit by Morales never to exceed 25% more healing and will only last 7 seconds after a morale dump. Healers healing will be based on the amount of targets alive in party during morale dump not to include the healer. So if 1 person is dead in party healing is 20% effective, suffering -5% for every member of party that is dead at the time of morale dump or within 7 seconds after that dump.
This is just a rough idea for the community and for the Devs to contemplate to help solve the fact that morale dumping is really not a skillful game-play mechanic, but a coordination mechanic won by the WB in coms. That being said if the WB is in coms more skillful game-play should be exhibited other than we all press ONE button at same time and WIN.
This of course can cause problems at Keep funnels, but the mechanic can be turned off at within a certain distance of doors/posterns or reduce its effectiveness altogether so that old morale system is in play to help bust the funnel or counter the push.
The stat can be either a hidden mechanic or a visible mechanic that would be up to the Devs if they so choose to entertain this idea.
