Destro Morale Pumps post-nerf?

Anyone have the average time it takes to gain M4 on chosen/BO in normal RVR type fighting? Even after the the nerf it seems like it's up quite a lot, and people are still saying it is absolutely nuts to not run a morale pump m4 tank because of the power ID has trumps virtually everything else.
Pre-nerf my BO and Chosen's in our party were getting m4 faster than 60 seconds easily even in scenarios/small scale, I imagine it's not quite as fast now but has anyone observed?

Since this thread isn't soaking wet of order tears even 1/2 hours after opening, it cant be that bad anymore.
I played around it some time ago and no it is not as fast as it used to be. It is not op anymore, implying it ever was.

morale scaler is still active somehow and only works on natural morale gain [chosen/bo morale pump still got icd]. just test on npc's first then try in zergy fight, difference is obvious.

That's probably because Order is at work and Destro is at school.

I agree, if des group isn't running the pump, they're doing something wrong, both in rvr or small scale. It is so potent.

In sc's the morale gain rate is fine (I cannot comment on RvR); leaves plenty of oppertunity to kill destro in between M4's.
I'd just wish order had more active Kotbs

values from yesterday on Sorc, no moral tactic, maybe +2 moral from gear gain
1vs1 wb fight: M2 is ready after 52 seconds (720 points, meaning 20% of M4...)
30vs30? fight: M2 is ready after 36 seconds (x5 and you get M4, meanining 3 mins)
40vs40? fight: M2 would have been ready around 48 seconds if it had lasted that long
30vs24 fight: M2 ready in 42 seconds
24vs48 fight: M2 ready in 20 seconds (nice bait at Kruk guys)
+48vs+48 fight: M2 ready in 23 seconds (staying from centre of mass -> less gain) actually did reach M4 for first time that evening because it was maybe +50 Order funnelling us at Kruk, M4 with 3600 moral point finally reached at 2 mins exactly, woohoo, proceed to slaughter 2 innocent order players with my brutally devastating sorc M4
40vs50? Kruk fight: M2 ready at 27 seconds (???)
now assuming you use a tank moral pump with exact 10s ICD limited procs, you would still get M2 at best at around 16-20 seconds. If you were to use sorc/BW moral tactic, you get M2 in 12 seconds, if not faster because how random the moral scaler is again. (though no point in using it on sorc because no useful M2 left, BW has Ruin and Destruction meanwhile for proper M2 dmg)
please tell me there is some logic behind moral scalers, because it seems too random for now

WWS isn't a bad morale for M2 [%20 damage reduction from all source for 20 sec] , it's stacking with [cripling strikes -nerfed-] + [challange] that means you can play as sorc even in 1-3-2 parties. maybe you get the idea why that defensive M2 is there if you think about your class

good luck finding a sorc that uses WWS man
just because sorc isn't as good as BW with actual dmg morals doesn't mean there is much sense to play the class as per some ancient design of a supporting rdps class and become a party absorb bubble provider or tertiary tank with inc dmg reduction morals... it would probably require order to have 2-3 organized wbs that roflstomp destro nonstop for months before the devs would think about doing changes to sorc morals
or please tell me that Phalanx is running 4 sorc wb with a sorc in every party using moral pump tactic so that you can enter every fight with WWS up

totally depends on your party composition. we did it millions of time:
-one 2hander chosen for spreading cripling strikes [spammable rending blade with chop fasta]
-one choppa [guarded by chosen]
-two sorc which using wws as M2 and xinfernal gift [40 sec if rotate perfectly]
-one shaman for morale pump [buffs sorc + 2hander chosen-so chosen can join morale bomb aswell] [pre lifetap nerf]
-one zealot [for infinite ap+init buff]
what you gain:
1-extra one 1 dps slot without gimping yourself hard. WWS + CS + Challange stacks !
2-spammable aoe cripling strikes + armor debuff [with beastlord]
3-%10 damage buff for whole party %100 time.
note: focused mind + close quarters + ss is very effective agaist pugs yes. just a reminder that check the potantial of setbacks of order characters if you fight agaist organized 24 man. you never gonna cast a single SS when you get assisted by a melee train.
