Return of Reckoning

Issue:
BO 2H does not perform well.
BO sets mostly contain block which is not useful with 2H setup


Solutions:
1: create a new tactic which converts block to parry
2: change the healing bellow to convert block to parry

Thinking is that the move of block to parry would increase the surviability of the 2H and work well with some of the other tactics.

Declined. "X does not perform well" is not enough; put in some more work on your proposal next time.
