Racial Pairings RvR system

The below system seriously breaks up a server wide zerg.
The below system dampen's the impact of cross-realming.
Make use of the original RvR system:
Races are locked to their respective zones.
Scenario instances are locked to their respective zones.
Scenario's contribute to zone locks.
PQ's contribute to zone locks.
Race gear is tied to their zone pairing.
When a Race lock's their zone pairing the winning race gets to travel to other zone pairings of their choosing or hold and defend what they have conquered. The losing race is stuck in their zone pairing.
A zone that is flipped will reset within a timer. Let's say 2 hours. The defeated race can complete PQ's to reduce the timer so the zone will reset faster. The more pq's that are finished the faster the zone reset's. The defeated race can also reduce the timer by taking back and holding the defeated keeps and BO's.
The winning race can travel to other zone's or attempt to delay the timer in their home pairing by continuing to fight in their home pairing and completing PQ's.
The winning race can assist in flipping the other zone pairings. In addition the winning race can now experience participating in scenario's that are not common to them due to scenario's being locked to specific zone's. You can now attempt to finish epic quest's available in other pairings. When you die and release in ORvR you will respawn in the warcamp of the zone your in ONLY if your zone pairing is locked in your favor.
When the winning race's home pairing is reset by the timer they can no longer participate in scenario's that are not their race's home pairing. If you take a scenario while your home pairing is reset, which HAS to be a home pairing scenario (only because the home pairing IS reset) , you will spawn back in your home pairing's warcamp. If you die and release while your home pairing is reset you will spawn back in your home pairing's warcamp.
Essentially this is the Land of the dead mechanic applied to the racial pairings.
Change these game mechanic's to restore racial groups or a version of it
