Return of Reckoning

Hello! I recently just go my brother to download the game. He got the typical error during the first launch which were easily fixed. Everything was going fine once at character creation screen; however, once he created his first character and entered the world it was all black. The intro upon entering the game played in color but once in everything was black. He could still see action bars and his character...but still all black. He checked his drivers to make sure they were up-to-date and they were. We have since re-downloaded the game 3 times. Got the same few errors at start, but again, once he loads in everything is black. He is now just thinking about giving up (which I don't want...need my healer!) so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Change game settings before you Login.

1. Play in windowed mode
2. Lower graphics settings to minimal
3. Try turning off shader performance optimization
4. Go to "Targetting" and change names font to "simple"
5. Try deleting your Addon Folder (should be Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\Interface\AddOns folder)
6. Try deleting your characters UI (Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\user\settings\Martyrs Square/CharacterName)
(Note you will have to reDL addons, I suggest using a premade UI, check out VinyUI and YakUI by searching the forums)
7. Try creating a New character. Once you login type /rel then hit Enter(/rel is to reload your UI)

That's the basics to start with anyways. And when you say re-downloaded, you downloaded the ENTIRE thing again correct? Not just tried a fresh install of what you already DLd..

Tried all the above suggestions but same problem. Any other ideas? Thanks!
