Return of Reckoning

Sorry if this is common knowledge but i have picked the skaven maze quest in citadel since 2 weeks and everytime i try to cross the portal I am getting kicked out.
the message is something like "you have entered a forbidden area which is not safe"
then I am teleported to my binding area.
3/4 skaven token ...
