How to paint the cloak

Why colored cloak appears white,tell me what to do so we could see the colors of the merchant?Seen players who are wearing colored cloaks.
I see on my monitor
and for the others looks like as in figure 2) Marauder

there is a bug. they need client control to fix it.
dyed cloaks conflict with guild emblems, something like that.
while you're in guild dyed cloak is all white.
leave guild and you can have awesome alternative appearance cloak with dyed color.
