Return of Reckoning

I am currently doing the T3 Greenskin epic quest line. I have to travel to IC and speak with Grumlok. Problem is that when I click him for quest turn in nothing happens and then he disappears after a minute then re appears. I logged out 3 times and exited the game and nothing happens. Am i missing something?

You may have to drop the quest and repeat it.

I already posted it on Bugtracker. I should have mentioned that in the original post. This is cross posted. I also tried abandoning the quest and re doing it and it still didn't work.
