I was wondering about that and many topics here speak about that but many of them are pre-patch from live.

So, is it mediocre or will be okay in t4? Always wanted to roll one..

NO

Not really. It's in the pipe to be rebalanced but it's somewhat tricky because of how DPS healer works.

since there are only 2 dps WPs on the server that can actually do dmg, and you prolly wont be the one to make it 3, no

Best champs farmer by far tho.

It's 'viable' if you have a good group, can play the class well (most are pretty horrendous and get angry when you try to give them tips), and have good gear. It's a small-scale class, and you will be able to beat 99% of the current active destro premades with it.

It needs love though.

Volgo doesn't play his, and I haven't seen Sweet in a while... so that makes it 0

It's not viable, especially considering that OP asking is prolly going to run it in PUG SC's and WB's. It is very niche spec and requires knowledgeable group who understand the game and abilities.

Hardly ever ... melee heal might be but pure dps no (exept maybe Clown);/
Thinker eng is much better than dps wp in all dps, heal and survi departments
