Dwarf Mount Question

Hi, I'm new to the game. I was wondering if you automatically get a Gyrocopter or is it a quest?
Currently, I have a horse. Is it class or level specific? I'm an Engineer...

You can buy them at any chapter camp in T2/T3 since a couple patches ago..

Aye. There is later than also a faster version for 150 gold I think.
