Return of Reckoning

In Ostland Empire chapter 8 Rally Master Demona Gaertner is bugged. I need to talk to her. I have like 2 or 3 quest related to her. But i cannot interact with her in any way. I cant talk to her, i cant tartget her, i cant do anything. She just standing there and looking at me.
