Is there anyway to check your ping in game ?

You connection to the server is displayed upon logging in, otherwise you can use 3rd party gaming apps like fraps (while not recording).

Ping isn't showing up anywhere after i login in, could you please give me more hints?

The game itself doesn't show ping, neither does fraps.
Your taskmanager should give you the server IP, then you could ping that server.
Apart from that it doesn't matter much, as you can't swap to a server with a better ping.

Just wanted to point out that you can use windows Resource Monitor too.
Open the program:
Choose Start→Type to search "Resource Monitor".
Start Windows Task Manager→select Performance tab→Click the "Open Resource Monitor" link at the lower left corner.
Choose Start→All Programs→Accessories→System Tools→Resource Monitor.

Select the Network tab and check War.exe.
You then should see the ping in the lower part of the window.

My ping is around 250ms. So that means i will be at huge disadvantage when pvping ?

Yes. Unfortunately in WH the ping messes a lot, especially against mages and assassin.

I've tried everything by using some VPN but all are incompatible because the RoR server does not respond and nobody provides a port for VPN. No dev, gm talks about it, but dev of vpn programs says that's the problem: RoR port does not respond.

HWen i login to the game it allways gives me a ms number.
Mine is mostly 18ms.
This is the ping to the server?

When you first log in the server puts a bunch of stuff in the chat window. After a few minutes pass it will eventually cough up your ping to the server in the chat window. If I remember correctly the text is in yellow?
