<Train Wreck> recruiting North American players

Train Wreck is recruiting. We are currently the most active and most coordinated North American guild on the server. We run 6mans and warbands, sc's and RvR. We've been here for years, everyone totally loves us.
We are in the North American alliance with all other North American guilds: Shadows of Divinity, Eternal, Fatal, Guardia Imperial, Montague, Oathkeepers, and Break a Wish Foundation.
We require Teamspeak: you must at least be able to listen.
Train Wreck has official guild RvR night every Thursday, where we are capable of fielding a full coordinated warband. We run guild roam groups (read 'small group RvR where we kick the life out of destro zergs') and warbands almost every night, and we run SC's when we're not leading warbands. We will not kick a player out of a group for not being "meta". Play however you like. We will aim to make the group work with your play style, but know that not all play styles will be wanted in some group compositions.
WE DO HAVE A SKILL REQUIREMENT. We aim to be the best. We aim to make Destro guilds cry when they see us in lakes or in scenarios. You must be able to follow instructions from group lead. We will help players learn their class inside and out, as all our officers have detailed experience with every class and game mechanic. If you need to get geared, we'll get you geared.
Lastly, we are a family and we are here for fun. Yes, this is a game and guilds' playerbases typically fluctuate, but our core group has been playing together for years. This is our long time home; we plan on staying, and we would love for you to stay with us.
