Return of Reckoning

I bought a Bandit Queen helm from a player today and had it mailed CoD to my banker toon. That toon got the item and sent it to my kotbs. I saw it in the mail, clicked "take items" as usual but then the item wasn't in my inventory. I'm sue I didn't delete the message before opening it or any such blunder. I wonder has anyone else experienced something like this?

Sometimes the items are shown invisible in ur inventory so maybe try moving ur mouse over all of the boxes and if that dosnt work it has also happened that some items "stack" so it might just be under one in ur inventory so just move them around.
