Crushes on "loading effects" stage.

Hello. Installed AoR on Win 10, unzip launcher from RoR site ( because of Win 10, I can't remove "read only" from game folder, but removed "read only" from all files into this folder), had error while connecting:
"Data.myp:
System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index '' was read from the registry.
at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.GetStringTable(Boolean isHelp)
at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.get_NameTable()
at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.get_CategoryTable()..."
typed "lodctr /e:PerfProc" in cmd as said in "Technical Support Sticky - Launcher and Installation FAQ". After this there was no such error anymore, but game crushes on "loading effects" stage.
