Divine Strike (Grace WP)

I just wanted to know what the community's thoughts are, overall, with bringing Divine Strike back? For those who don't know, it was a strike that healed for 150% damage done to the defensive target, and anyone within 10 ft around them.
The quintessential grace WP skill, it gave us the survivability we desperately needed, and allowed us to heal toe to toe with salvation. What do you guys think about divine strike making a return?

So as of right now is the ability not in the game? or does it just have a broken mechanic?

It was pulled back in October (?) when the ex mode for WP/Dok came in.
