guild 40 already?

i have a picture that was shared with and curious as on how they guild rank 40 already, with 17 in guild. can you look further into this please i would appreciate it.

At first, the quickest way used to be aoe trash in LV. Maybe they did some heavy powerleveling or grinding for items/crafting.

Looks like someone found some bugs. Sure would be nice to have those reported before I get the itch to delete the guilds involved.
