Return of Reckoning

Hey not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have done everything in the tutorial to get this working he only thing I am having a problem with is I uncheck read only it does its thing I open it up again and it is checked I have done this under admin also and nothing. I got the launcher to run once and have not been able to get it to run again. I don't know were to go to see and error code not very computer savvy. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am running windows 10 if that makes a difference. Really has me puzzled as to why it wont run.

disregard it looks like the launcher is not compatible with Riva tuner.
