Gold bag never sent

Got a gold bag on my BW (quemando) from eatine last night. Never got mail or received item

same here i was suppose tyo recieve a green bag from eataine zone lock last night date 6-27-17, and still dont have WL yeppers

Sadly, there's nothing that can be done about it.
It sometimes happens, and we unfortunately do not recompensate any lost bags. Sorry.
