Return of Reckoning

I don't see a way to post in the Development Section of the forum. Is there something that needs to be done in order to post there, or is it restricted?

Normal users don't have permission to post new topics there. I believe this was done to keep the section clean for upcoming development posts from the team. Use the Suggestions & Feedback section instead.

Are normal users also restricted from posting in an already established thread in the Development Section? For example, I wanted to ask a question about the new proposed changes to the Melee Squig Herder, but wasn't able.
