Return of Reckoning

from a month i started had problem with my isp, it seems as my ally members told me im having some packet loss problem.

From what i saw my mtu was set bad (very bad), i didn't updat it since ages and passed between 2 new provider.
Now i would prefer test it with ror ip instead ping to google just to be sure to have fix at least this part of the problem. Could you provde me the right ip? thx

As you seem to be in troubleshooting mode already you might have netmon already running on your box. The IP could be extracted from there as well.
