Return of Reckoning

Having some issue getting online. I can launch the game and it will connect.


It then goes into this screen after a few seconds and i never get to character select screen and never loads. Its like its automatically trying to load into a character without me even selecting one.



Have restarted client few times and also rebooted.

downloaded game again and still no luck =(

Update, made a new account to see if i had same issue. New account can login without issue. Its like my account is stuck on server or something.

Eventually goes to "Authentication failed -- application will not terminate."

Issue happened when i was in the process of creating a new character, wouldn't let me click done so i had to quit game. So its trying to load a non existent character or something.

Who should i contact to get my account fixed?

Wait until the next time the server boots. I don't see anything weird with your account.

Is there a daily restart?

i have the same problem only way around it was using a vpn

VPN doesnt do anything, there is an issue with my account.
