Return of Reckoning

I am new in the talisman business and wondering what is needed to get 24 state / 165 armor talisman.
So far I only got 22 state / 150 armor. Only components not maxed are 175 essence and containers. Cannot see any difference between container levels tho.

So what is needed to max states / armor?

I believe to get a +23 you need to have a Harmonious Essence, which I believe now can only be obtained by salvaging conq/dom gear. Obtaining a crit off of a lvl 200 purple frag with lvl 200 mats will net you a +24. I believe that's the only way.

T3 PQ's give level 100 boxes ie Ogre PQ near Chaos C13 and you can buy level 50 boxes from a vendor in the guild hall.
