Was muss ich dafür tun?
Oder gibts den nur zu einen event?

Not sure about the terrible pirate, but I did saw The Dread Pirate title on Grufrip, ask him if you like how he got it.

You get it by clicking a chest or something surrounded by skeletons. The chest is at the beach northwest of the order keep in reikland, pve side. Easy to find and dont be scared of the spoopy skeletons they are weak
