Return of Reckoning

Hello guys, i'm a bit lost. I can't access to my RoR account. I could, there is just few second ago and now nothing.
If i was banned or it's a technichal/network issue ? I can log on my account, but when i press "play" the map loading fail.
I'm not sure if i post at the good place. Sorry for my rusted english.

You should receive a message if you were banned which I doubt is the case.
More likely your character is stuck, type /stuck 2 times after pressing play

I type it even there is not typebox ? I tryed with different characters unsucessfully .

I tried to type /stuck twice, i was moved to Norsca but same thing. I could see the world around me during few second and i was moved to "character selection", same issues. That is very strange. I play since a very long time, and that never happened.

Tried deleting your files in the cache folder ?
i tried the samething in Praag and all i had to do was clear the folder and everything was good.

I have tried both. I will try with another computer. I tried with my Ordes/Destru, i'm moved to Nordland/Norsca automatically then back to characters selection, sometimes i can't press "play" .

hmm. sound like a data collapse. If that happen, sorry, badluck. You gonna need few days or months to get fix. Or, you can try download the launcher hotfix at here, maybe can help.
