Return of Reckoning

No idea where to put it (propably technical forums), so i ended up in general discussion (move topic if necessary)

Does anyone experienced a bug with missing Chat tabs Settings? I logged on today, and had restored default (positions, filters and removed custom tabs)

Any ideas why it happened? Was it Server-wide thing? could not find any info
