On 24.05.2017 we managed to take over the zone. I won a gold bag. Mail with a gold bag did not reach me. I'm waiting 24 hours.

There's nothing they can do. It's lost. Lets just be glad it didn't in t4 where you get the really good stuff. Besides, Devastator gear is pretty cheap isn't it?
