[Declined] 2H vs DW vs SnB

Admittedly, this is less about "Balance" and more about making the game more fun... To make this short and simple, here is the proposal.
- Allow ALL melee classes (exception being WE, WH) to choose between 2H and DW. Rework the 2H bonus to be 10% Parry strikethrough while DW can retain its 10% parry bonus. (So this does moot eachother out, with some exceptions like a 2H attacking a SNB tank.... Or a caster with a staff etc...)
So what you MIGHT see would be:
- DW SM
- DW Chosen
- 2H Melee DOK
- DW WLs... Or a 2H Mara... (which btw we already have 2H mara NPCs in CW)
etc. etc.
What I propose, is NOT to touch any quest rewards. All you need to do, is allow access to the "Race specific" weapons as well as I believe access to things like the SC PVP weapons.
The only OTHER thing I would propose, is to look at the Tank specific abilities that "require 2H" and also adjust those for "Or Dual Wield" so a Chosen could still take an ability like "Rending Blade" if he went DW. Or a BG could grab Crimson Death.
Balance Impact:
Not much that I can see. Offensive Tanks now have meaningful choice. 2H provides parry strikethrough to better assist with Punts, where as DW provides 10% parry to alleviate "guard damage" taken. Both are a tough call...
Allowing say, a Melee DOK to use a 2H (likely a Spear - using the BGs weapons) would be a really cool idea as well, providing parry strikethough (which is HUGE for melee DOK) but giving up 10% parry and faster AAs on the DW..... Tough call.
Mara would get access to 2H, which could provide an easier time "pulling" targets or stick with DW.
Its more a FUN thing, that wouldnt impact balance all that much.. I really think this would get people VERY excited. I am always a fan of letting people "play they way they want" and to "look the way they want" type of thing as it really gets people excited to play... I know I would LOVE to try out a DW Chosen.... I would also love to see a 2H Mara or even a 2H Dok build....
