[Declined] Proposal for changes SW (Assault)

Proposal for changes SW (was decline 8/11/16 bc expecting .ab ex)

In the current environment, the game has 2 trees that are either not used or used very rarely is a path of Scout and Assault.
In general, the SW is now used only as a machine for getting an additional chance to crit or gang spec range knockdown with heal debaff and AoE Lilith, ie mainly as a Skirmisher.
In fact, there is no variation in the use of class.
I have a proposal for improving the Assault path.
Path of Assault.
1. Sweeping Slash - remove the cd to be able to assist slayer in the RVR and transferred to a branch instead of Exploit Weakness (13 pt). Exploit Weakness put in place Sweeping Slash (9 pt). Mb dont switch.
2. Draw Blood do with AoE effects by 40 feet in front of SW (bind to assault stance)
3. Counterstrike same, do with AoE effects by 40 feet in front of SW
4. Hunter’s Fervor - add 5 seconds to the time of action (20 sec) and + 5% AP recovery value (25% total)
Reasoning
These changes allow the use of SW as a AoE meleDD and would make a variation of the game for SW
Changes is primarily directed to the RVR and scenes where the SW can be revealed as a second DD with the slayer.
None of them is an OP, but together they will give an acceptable level of damage to a full-fledged DD.
