Return of Reckoning

Running a windows 10 Machine and whenever I uncheck the "Read Only" box for the Warhammer folder and all other files in it, as soon as I reopen the menu to check if it stuck the box always reverts to being checked. Every time I change my layout in game it reverts to back to how it was when I Logged in. Tried giving myself better privileges to allow full control of the folder and not even that is working. Any foresight into whats going on here?

Followed the guide, and so far it seems to have done the trick. Any changes I make to not just layout but to my addons ie window size or color that sorta thing, have stayed! Not sure what deal was, Warhammer has been only game I have ever had a problem like this happening with. All Hail Zabis!
