Return of Reckoning

The changelist says that the range buff from pink pet is supposed to increase range by 5% per stack up to 40%, but it's stopping at 5 stacks instead of 8 and capping the buff at 25% instead. It's not just the tooltip, i tested the range by building up 8 stacks, getting to max range on a mob, then dropping the pet and building stacks back up, the mob gets back in range at 5 and if I build to 8 and move back even slightly the mob is out of range so definitely capping at 5.
