Game starting really slow

Since I started this game it always started really quickly...especially since last year, as I installed it on a fast drive.
For the last week though it takes between starting launcher and and the game to start 2-5 minutes, without any notice of any error.
After that the game works fine as usual.
Any one else got this odd "pause" between launcher and game and knows a fix? Thanks in advance
